Since the first time I start using blogspot as my blog, I have been making 137 posts already.
Not that much yet, but they are very valuable postings, as usually when you write to your blog, it is something of your original thoughts and something that you think spontaneously and feel like of blogging it. If you were to write the same thing for the second time, it won’t be the same as what you wrote during the first time.
Have you ever wondering of backing up all of these entries/posts? Even though it is very unlikely for blogspot to go out of business, but hey…. I’m a paranoid person you know. What if there is something really happened to blogspot, like their server room is on fire or something, or there is a flood where all their server and backup tape sunk in water, and all of their data gone? That means all of your blogs gone too. That might sound a bit unrealistic, but the more realistic scenario is – what if someone hacked into your account, and delete all your entries? It happened before to JuanDanza’s blog, one of the blog about the well known Mawi, where he/she lost all of his/her entries, resulting from someone hacked to his/her blog.
Too bad that blogspot didn’t offer this feature. I tried to search Google for this, but too bad also that I can’t find any third party software that does this. I remember seeing one for blogdrive. If anyone know of any third party software that does this, do let me know OK!!
However, I do found the following instructions from Blogger Help section of the blogspot website.
How do I create a backup of my entire blog?
I guess I will start backing up all the entries/posts that I have so far just in case something bad will happen, and I should make this as my monthly routine.
Since the first time that I acquired new DVD Handycam for myself, I’ve been taking quite a number of videos already at several occasions. Being a DVD-RW media, I can use the DVD over and over again for recording movies. Once it’s full, I backup the content to my computer’s hard disk, and reformat the DVD-RW to be used for the next recording session.
Eventually, my harddisk has been holding 5GB worth of DVD-VR movies. It’s time to back it up to DVD. The handycam pretty much put the videos in DVD-RW media as DVD folder format already (having VIDEO_TS folder). Just copy and paste the content of the DVD-RW to your harddisk. Burning the movie to the normal 4.5GB DVD+R media (or DVD-R can be used also) is merely just drag and drop of the VIDEO_TS folder using Nero Burning ROM, and it’s ready to go.
You don’t need to have capture card, or you don’t need to spend hours of capturing the movie to your harddisk (in the case of DV tape) where if you have slow computer or slow harddisk, you can easily get dropped frames – which is not nice as the final video will look jerky as it losts several frames already.
The mini DVD-RW media size is only 1.4GB. It will be a waste of space just to burn 1.4GB of information to a 4.5GB DVD+R. Why not we combined 4 different VIDEO_TS folders, from 4 different sessions of recording into a single 4.5GB DVD+R?
But it is not as easy as it sound. Since the movie from a single 1.4GB DVD-RW has already in DVD folder format, to combine them, you need to reauthor the DVD.
Thanks to VideoHelp.com website that teaches me a lot about DVD Authoring, which is something completely new to me.
Creating DVD is a bit different from editing normal MPEG file for VCD in Adobe Premiere for example. DVD uses MPEG-2 format for movie, and AC-3 format for its sound. You also will learn on how to create main menu, chapters menu and any other menu for additional features that you want to add (I guess people who have DVD Player know what I’m talking about).
There are quite a number of DVD Authoring software out there, but I kinda like Ulead VideoStudio 9.0 since it supports importing DVD-VR (which is the format used by my Sony Handycam).
Adobe Encore DVD looks good too but too bad importing DVD-VR movie is merely importing VOB file, which it doesn’t split the files into several chapters in the way that we originally record it using handycam.
Here is the final product of my first DVD Authoring.
After I burn it to the DVD+R, then test it on my DVD player. I just like WOW. Quite impressed of what Ulead VideoStudio can do. 4 recording sessions,
are all authored and burned to a single DVD with chapter menu selection. Really looking forward for my next DVD project.
Being a DVD, the quality of the movie is superb!! I just

I’m quite shock to receive the email about this from a friend earlier. Just scared that it is just another rumour email sent out by people.
Then I check Berita Harian Online and The Star Online. Yes. The news is true.
It is with sadness to hear the news that Prime Minister’s wife, Datin Seri Endon Mahmood passed away at 7.55am today at Prime Minister’s official residence Seri Perdana Putrajaya.
In the rememberance of Allahyarhamah Datin Seri Endon Mahmood, I have added Surah Al-Fatihah reciting in the M’re’s Flash Video Player section. This video will be forced to play as default video for today, and this M’re’s Flash Video player will not play the last video that you choose last time as described here.
To all muslims, let us sedekahkan Al-Fatihah. Semoga rohnya dicucuri rahmat…
To view the video for this, select Padi – Kasih Tak sampai from the dropdown list of this page.

Indah… terasa indah
Bila kita terbuai dalam alunan cinta
Sedapat mungkin terciptakan rasa
Keinginan saling memiliki
Namun bila… itu semua
Dapat terwujud dalam satu ikatan cinta
Tak semudah seperti yang pernah terbayang
Menyatukan perasaan kita
Chorus:
Tetaplah menjadi bintang di langit
Agar cinta kita akan abadi
Biarlah sinarmu tetap menyinari alam ini
Agar menjadi saksi cinta kita
Berdua… Berdua…
Sudah… terlambat sudah
Kini semua harus berakhir
Mungkin inilah jalan yang terbaik
Dan kita mesti relakan kenyataan ini
Chorus
Music & Choir
Menjadi saksi kita berdua…

It’s rather suprised that I never had fast breaking at Mid Valley Megamall even though it is just 18 floors down from my office, and furthermore the building where I work is actually attached to the mall.
So decided to have my fast breaking here today with my other 3 friends at Chicken Rice Shop. As usual, the crowd is pretty huge at Mid Valley. My friends was there at 6:15pm, securing a place, while I’m still in office at that time finishing something. Then I get down at 6:30pm.
Then after that, I went to the “Kaunter Zakat Fitrah” set up by Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan in front of Carrefour.
It’s rather very convenience for JAWI to place their “amil” at shopping mall like this to collect zakat. Let’s settle the “Zakat Fitrah” for this year. Have you settled yours?
I just found this interesting website, Googlism.
It will search related information about the topic that you entered from Google.com website. The search result is kinda funny, but that’s what it gets from Google.com.
I really wish that Googlism will enter Google Labs one day, and further enhancements are worked on it.
And below is what Google.com has to say about be, with the help of Googlism to extract this.

Below is the thing that kept me busy for the past 2 days. It’s my own music video viewer which I called M’re’s Flash Video Player.
I have featured 2 video clips on my blog in the past, and previously, once I replaced the old video with a new old, the old video is not accessible and viewable anymore. Somehow I want we able to choose the past video if I want to watch it.
And also, I just recently encounter that my hosting change its plan. Before, they offered 100MB web space with unlimited bandwidth. And now, I just found out that my package has been changed to 1GB web space with 10GB bandwidth monthly. Gosh. They never inform me about this. At least, just send a simple informing me about this.
But I’m glad! I got 1GB space now on my server. It simply means that I can upload more videos.
All the videos are in Flash Video format. I kinda like this format. The filesize is small and yet it doesn’t sacrifice the quality of the image (i.e no horror pixelation in the video image).
Here are tools used to prepare this, and some technical information about this
How to use?
Simple. Just choose the video that you want to play from the drop down list. The video will be played automatically after that. And also, it remembers the last video that you choose. Meaning when you come back the next time, that last video that you choose last time will be played.
Oh, btw, the M’re’s Flash Video section is visible only at the Main Page, and not at Archive Page or Item Page. Just to get rid of the annoyance, or else, the video will restart each and every time you click the Archive Page links or Item Page links. Click here to go to the main page.
Enjoy the list that I have now. It will certainly grow in the future.
Dear blog. Just now, I received a called from a girl claiming that she is from a lawyer firm. Oh my god. What did I do wrong this time.
After a little introduction that it is me speaking the phone, she then said she’s calling on behalf of the bank that my loan is approved, and I have to be there at their office at Megan Avenue I to sign some agreements.
Yay!!! Why wait. Let’s go and settle that agreement today, so off to Megan Avenue I am. And what a perfect timing. My boss is not around the whole of this week as she’s attending DP conference in Macau. I can snip out for a while during office hour.
I then went straight to Chung, Gan & Yap Advocates & Solicitors office. I guess the lady that called me earlier has already been expecting me to come today as she have all the documents ready.
So, get a little brief from here about the terms and conditions, and a little Q&A session, and finally, I put my signatures on the agreement. Not it’s time to back to office.
Hi adik – adik sekalian. Bertemu kembali di dalam rancangan bercerita sambil menunjuk gambar. Hari ni abang akan bercerita tentang makanan yang abang beli dari bazar Ramadhan untuk juadah berbuka hari ni.
Hak hak. Rasa macam nak menulis dlm Malay plak hari ni. Got mental block. Takleh berfikir dengan warasnya dalam English.
So hari ini, aku just beli makanan kat bazar Ramadhan yang berdekatan ngan kawasan rumah kat Pantai Dalam. Malas rasanya nak pegi jauh2. Letih weekend hari tu serasa cam tak hilang lagi.
Still pack with people, tapi tak se’pack’ masa mula2 start puasa hari tu. Time tu very horror.
Ayam percik memang aku tak penah tinggal kalau pegi bazar ramadhan. Kekadang tu ratah ayam je. Best.
Kepak ayam madu. Hhhmm. Time lapar2 ni kecur tgk semua benda. Tapi terasa nak makan plak. So belilah.
Nasik lemak. Kalau perut memulas lepas tu sebab tak tahan pedas, pakat2lah kita pegi berak ramai2 yer.
Sate. Hehehe. Benda nih best kunyah2 time tgk TV.
Lastly, mesti ada air, karang tercekik. So aku just beli air jagung, air soya ngan air mata kucing.
Sesampai rumah, as usual, lepak2 depan komputer dulu menantikan waktu berbuka. Best lepak depan komputer ni sebab tak sedar masa berlalu. Tahu2 dah kul 6:59. Bergegas ke dapur, tuang air dlm jag, get ready depan TV dah berbuka.
Burrppp. Alhamdulllah.
Arrgghhh. It’s this problem again today. Why it always happened nowadays, and why it has to happen today, on this usual manic, hectic, busy Monday.
I don’t quite remember how many times that Telekom engineer guy has come where to look at this problem, but it is still there.
Just look below, my 7 consecutive pings to www.yahoo.com. As you can see, the internet connection is “sekejap ada, sekejap takde” (direct translation: now you see it, not you don’t)
And just imagine, you are in the middle of downloading the data from the remote database server, and suddenly, the internet connection is not there, and the download breaks. And you have to repeat this again when the internet connection is back. Really time wasting.
And I have 12noon deadline to send some data to Singapore office. And they don’t usually buy the excuse that the internet connection causing the delay.
