Happy New Year folks! So here is the very first entry for the year of 2010. Me and a group of friends decided to spend the new year at somewhere cold – Cameron Highland – away from hustling and bustling of KL, away from traffic jam,
well, not really. Traffics at Cameron Highland can be as pack at certain area, especially at the Equatorial Hotel area.
We stayed at the usual place that we stay everything we are here – Villa Dahlia.
Bought carrom a few days before. So this is one of the main activity for the night.
Activities to do here pretty much the same as my last visiting – visiting rose, strawberry and cactus farm, tea drinking, visiting night market, shopping for fruits and vegetables, etc. So rather I’m blabbing about what I do here, just enjoy a few photos that I managed to snap. Decided to walk around with my 50mm lens this time.

Our first stop for the third day is at Krisna – for doing some souvenir shopping. This place was suggested by our “Pak Supir” where this place basically got everything under one roof, and the price is considered to be cheap too.
Well, the status of Krisna herself greeted the visitors at the enterance.
One of the photo that I managed to take inside, where after that I’m busy shopping and totally forgot to take more photos. LOL

Had a very good sleep last night, and I’m ready for the activities for the third day here. Click the link below to visit the sub page of each of the activity.
Been on the road for also the whole day. With body this tired and quite an empty stomach, dinner next to a seaside seems to be like a very good thing to do. The last stop for today – Blue Ocean Seafood at Jinbaran.
I told you. The eating place is practically next to the seaside, under a very clear sky with a crescent moon. What more can you ask.
There are several roasted corn stalls around this place, which seems to be like one of the attraction here. The spicy roasted corn is so marvelous, and something that I haven’t tried before. I’m so missed the taste of it when I’m writing this.

Not getting a good deal at Tegallalang previously, our “Pak Supir” suggested another place for us – Pasar Ubud. Yes. This is art heaven, and due to competition, if you play the bargaining price hard enough, you will get a very very good price. The atmosphere is such a friendly one.
These cats figurine is sold at RM10 for the set of 3. A good bargain, but bringing it back would be a problem.
I just got the following fruit bowl for my mum. With the starting price of IDR800,000, we played a very hard bargaining game where at last I managed to get this for IDP100,000. My friend later came to the same place, and managed to get it for IDR90,000. I guess I didn’t play the game hard enough. LOL
