I broke my promise. I didn’t actually get Nokia N96 as what I blog last time. I went to Nokia Centre, The Gardens, Mid Valley just a while ago to test use the new Nokia N96. But owning N95 before, there’s no excitement anymore. Everything really looks the same as using N95, only the memory is bigger, and the screen is bigger, but the icons look so big and ugly too.

I’m kinda fascinated with touch interface now. I guess I’ll move away from Nokia this time, until the S60 Touch Interface that Nokia is working on matured.

There you go. The new phone that wins my heart this time – HTC Touch Pro. There’s no need I guess for me to talk about what this phone has to offer, especially its TouchFlo 3D feature. Just go to their website to know more.

Well, this is the package that I got, after surveying 8 shops at Low Yatt Plaza selling HTC phones.

  • The phone itself
  • 8GB MicroSD
  • PDA phone holder
  • Car charger

The shop that I’m getting sell this phone RM100 cheaper compared to others. I hope there’s nothing fishy about this phone. The box looks still in mint condition when it first got out, with the security sticker still perfectly intact – meaning the box hasn’t been tempered before.

And the usual unboxing process everything I got something new ;) Below is the content of the box.

First booting the phone.

After several configuration process, here’s the home screen.

Here’s the phone with the QWERTY keyboard slide out. Even though the buttons look a bit small, but it’s just nice for my fingers.

My new HTC Touch Pro with Nokia N95. The N95 will be my ex-phone pretty soon. I’m selling this to my brother.

Finally, here is my update phone timeline. The list is getting longer. As always, I kinda wondering what will be next ;)
