My new Apple TV 2
As I blog about buying Apple TV 2 last week, now that I’m back to Malaysia, it’s the time that I’ve been waiting for the last 7 days. Not I can finally do the unboxing and test my new Apple TV 2.
So here is my shopping list again. 2 Apple TVs (the other one for my friend), and bumper for iPhone 4S. Well, doing an early preparation for the iPhone 4S purchase later when it’s launched in Malaysia.

Here are what in the box. US pin power cord. That’s shouldn’t be a problem as the RM3.20 2 pin flat to round converter that I bought from Ace Hardware should fix the issue,
Here’s the connectors at the back of the device. Very minimal. Well, Apple TV has a built in Wifi, so that should save 1 port free on my router.
And what can Apple TV do? I’d like to blog that in a separate entry as this is a big topic on its own. Hope I can find time to do that

I wish to buy one. Can I share screen from Mac Air to this Apple TV?
as far as I’m aware, you can only mirror ipad display on Apple TV. not sure if you can mirror Mac Air or not. Can’t test since I don’t own Mac. Hehe.
Is there any way I can buy this in Malaysia? I do have a US iTunes Store account, which Apple TV benefits most for me.
I never come across this in Malaysia before. I guess the nearest place that we can buy is from Australia.
Anyway, you don’t need US iTunes account. There’s a way that you can take a full advantage of Apple TV, which I don’t dare to talk here. Hehe
