Casa Idaman renovation planning

I will be meeting 2 of the contractors this coming Sunday to request for the quotation of the renovation plan for my new house. But before that, I need to be certain of what I really want to do.

I guess for this first phase, I’d like to concentrate to the dirty renovation works that required drilling and hacking. So the things that I want to do for renovation of this first phase are

• Install plaster ceiling
• Pull more power points
• Install air conditioners

Well, I’m a fan of Google Docs now. It’s nice that I can access the documents that I’m working on from either home or from office, without the worry of forgetting to bring the thumb drive every time. And I even can view or edit it on my iPhone.

So I’m cracking head now of how many more power points that I want to pull, and where to put it. How I want my plaster ceiling to look like, how many downlights that I want.

I have also been playing with Ikea Home Planner software (2010 version). Heard that there’s an improved 2011 version coming out soon. Well, this is for my kitchen, and I’ll revisit this during my second phase of renovation.
