Bali Vacation: Day 2 – Drinking coffee at Buana Amertha Sari Agrotourism
Next stop is, Buana Amertha Sari Agrotourism. What is the special thing about this place?
They are doing traditional processing of Bali Coffee here, where the plantation is 900 to 1200 meters from sea level, that means this place is quite cool.
The special thing is Luwak coffee. Luwak is a kind of animal. Didn’t managed to get a good shot of Luwak. I guess it’s nap time.
So what Luwak has something to do with the coffee here? According to the worker here, Luwak will eat the raw coffee bean, and it will excretes the so called semi processed coffee bean. Those coffee bean will be collected, cleaned and roasted.
And finally, you will have Luwak Coffee. Let’s try one cup here. It’s quite nice sipping a hot cup of coffee here,
in the cold weather and nice scenery.
To those who smoke, the free roll cigarette is also available here.
