My New Epson L200 All-In-One Printer
Decided to pay a visit to PC Fair 2012 II Sunday, July 15th. Wasn’t planning of buying anything, and as a matter of fact, I have nothing to buy.
But all of that changed when I’m coming back from the PC Fair with this – Epson L200 All-In-One Printer.
What? Another printer? I’ll explain later why I’m getting this printer despite I have 2 printers at home already (Canon Pixma injet and Samsung Color Laser). In the meantime, here are some photos from the unboxing that I did.
And here is the selling point of this printer that makes me getting it. This printer comes with tank ink system built in.
The ink tube is nicely concealed within the printer, so you don’t see the ugly hanging tubes coming out from the printer to the ink tank like we normally see with CISS. Furthermore, you have to punch a hole on the original cartridge and the process can get messy. This is how it looks like on my current printer.
I think, the most interesting thing about this new printer that I bought comes from this box.
The printer comes with free bottle color inks (Cyan, Magenta and Yellow) and 3 free bottles of black ink.
What’s even better, the price per bottle is only RM18. For that, this is a very great deal. RM18 for a genuine ink is pretty cheap.
And being genuine, the quality of the print out is guaranteed. It’s nothing like the ink that I use for the CISS on my Canon printer last time. Here’s an example of the print out.
Talking about my current Canon Pixma printer, I’m selling this to a friend. At least I can cover a bit the cost of getting the new Epson printer.

how many years the warranty..? still ok till now?
It’s normal 1 year warranty. Still ok until now
kat melaka harga dia RM450, mmg mahal. Tapi yg bagusnya external tanks tu termasuk jaminan dari pengeluar sendiri. Tengah check kalau model ni compatible dengan linux.
sekarang dah kuar model baru kut rasanya. tapi memang jimat aku rasa. aku nyer dakwat still ada lagi separuh. kali pakai catridge biasa, mesti lama dah habis.
tapi printer jenis macam ni once nozzle blocked, pastu takleh clean, habislah riwayat printer ni. klu buat CISS kat catridge biasa, klu nozzle blocked, leh beli catridge yg baru.
