I’ve been seeing so many messages from spam emails and pamphlets congratulating me of winning Microsoft Yahoo Google Lottery Promotion or I have a very rich relative in Nigeria who just passed away and that the lawyer would like to transfer a big lump sum of money to my bank account.
But the congratulation message that I receive from this letter this time really blows me away.
From the point that I received this letter, there’s already RM902.75 damage awaits me for the additional charges of electricity meter deposit and other miscellaneous charges (3 months maintenance fee, 1 month deposit of maintenance fee, sinking fund, fire insurance). I have settled that amount and have fax the details to Billion Horizon.
Now patiently waiting for OCBC to disburse the final amount to the developer, and pretty soon, I will have the key to my new house in my hand. Gosh. Thinking of it already makes me overwhelmed.

tulah. dah rimas ngan rumah sekarang. atap bocor. hujan je, melimpah air kat dapur. landlord pun takleh pakai. huhu
anyway, kucen2 tu sumer sihat2 je B)

dh dpt kunci ker?we all dah serbu management masa 14/12 ari tuh!hehe..mesti guard kat casa idaman tuh cam bosan jer tgk muka kitorg asyik kuar masuk kat situ jer..huhu..u kena check ur house takut2 kalau ada defect ker.sbb kitorg punya rumah ada several defect cth cam pump tandas bocor dan ada crack sket kat kepala paip kat master dan second bathroom.kitorg suh diorg wat balik.satu hari 1/2 baru siap baiki.we have the rights what!
payment baru release hari ni. so next monday kut saya pegi ambik kunci. sangat2 tak sabar 😀
nanti nak buat thorough check cam you gaklah. ada kena isi form apa2 ke time nak report to, or just verbal je?
